Every time I have been to this location has been on my way home between the hours of 10 and 11:50pm. Without fail this location is always closed or shuts off their intercoms prior to actual close and refused to take orders. Today is a Tuesday and hours are listed as open til midnight however at 10pm there was knowone to take an order and a vehicle parked in the drive through entrance.

I would give it less than one star but don't see that option. Almost got stuck in drive through. After getting into line and arriving at the order window I noticed sign, flapping in the wind, saying cash only. Backed out of line and parked truck and went inside. Cashier asked if they could help me. I said only if they take debit cards. She said it was only the drive through for cash only. I asked politely if they could post the sign before people get in line. She said there was nothing they could do due to the weather. I asked her if she could talk to the manager about it. She screamed. "I am the manager and there's nothing I can do about it. I told her she could keep her food and left. Everybody in the place looked at me like I was the problem. The car behind me encountered the same thing. They denied her also. Customer service is suppose to be of top priority. I will boycott all Arby's because of this one lazy manager.
