Amazing service, my girlfriend gave the gentleman at the drive thru a confusing order and instead of the beef and cheddar they gave her a beef and Swiss. We found this out when we got home, thank goodness it’s close enough that we went back and explained what happened, they were very courteous and thorough the second time and even let us keep the other two sandwiches. The gentleman at the window was very friendly and kind. Amazing service. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to do this for this type of customer service, will definitely be coming here more often.

So I have been going to this Arbys for years and was never really impressed but was never really disappointed.. Until today.Ordered my normal order, they were out of Dr Pepper and then out of milkshakes.. ok disappoint but hay it’s Covid it happens.I get to the window and tell the girl I need a hand full of Arby Sauce, a few Horsy sauce, and don’t forget the Branco sauce for the Jalapeño poppers.Her response was you can only have one Arbys sauce Sir.. I told her I would just pay for it! Her response Sir I can’t do that!I was shocked and told her to cancel the order. She said I already ran your card. My response was then credit it back. Her response I can’t do that!Are you freaking kidding me you won’t sell me the sauce and now you won’t credit my card back! I took my card back out of her hand and told her that I would just dispute the charges
