Haven't eaten at Arby's in a long time. Had a rude drive thru experience. The guy had some attitude about himself. Get to the window, wanted to get his name to put in review, but had no name tag on. As I'm waiting, i can hear the goings on inside, and there were issues happening, im not sure this individual can handle the pressure of being the drive-thru guy. Certainly if he was management he's not in the right position. Got the food all was there, except the service you'd expect. Maybe he was just having a bad day all around.
