Always messes up my order I ask for ranch to be left off and they will still put it on and curly fries are always cold and hard

Usually this Arby's is great. Today the little blonde taking orders could care less about her job. When a customer says they don't want something it's not an option. I didn't get a have a nice day and my order was completely wrong. If you do not like your job especially now days there are plenty of others out there.
