Absolutely terrible service. When we realized the sauce and au jus was forgotten we went back because we had parked in the parking lot to eat. It was 6:30. They told us they're out of ranch and au jus. Then why let us get the French dip? Then they closed at 7 when the website and front door says 10pm. There was also over 4 people smoking in the back of the place. Definitely not busy and not understaffed. As we sat watching the drive through, so many cars went back through again.

Drive Thru took forever, they didnt pay attention to the requests I made to have the onions and tomatoes removed from my 2 daughters salads, my 1/2 roast beef sandwich was a complete let down, the bun was rock hard and half stale, the meat itself was ice cold, dissatisfied doesnt begin to explain my experience... I love arby's but this was a total let down.
