I visited tonight and the service was pretty darn good. However I would say about half the time I order from here, it is bad. I really like Arby's and I just wish they provided better service.

I do not usually go to the Arby's on Oneida St, but we were close! It was VERY hard to hear the gentleman on the speaker, but he did try to clear it up! The food order is correct and it tastes as awesome as usual! I may have to go back again soon!!
