Food was good, but two people were running the place so they rock!!!!

I am a doordash driver that has been making delivers from this location since they have started using doordash. The whole crew has been awesome until today. They have some new employees and one of them is no good. He is a tall blonde kid. He gave me 1 shake and I told him there is 2 on the order and he said no there wasntand refused to give me the recipt. He said I don't have time for this and made another gave me the shake but not a straw I said I needed a straw and said there was 2 in the bag. I said why would there be2straws in the bag if he only thought there was 1 shake he got irritated said I don't have time and went back inside.the customer texted they only got 1. This is not a huge deal but he had a bad attitude and lied to my face

Let me be quite frank and honest. When Arby's, any Arby's, does their job the way they're supposed to their food and the quality of their food is untouchable! When the fries and sandwiches are hot and everything is prepared correctly Arby's is a home run every time. But if they don't... And they do... It's a nightmare... It's disgusting and makes me angry... So we make it a point to go to this particula...
