What can I say... they are slow. They make the drive thru a priority (but it'll still take 4 minutes minimum per car). So if you go inside, expect at LEAST a 15 minute wait after you manage to order to get your food. 2 stars only because the food was good.

I went there during the lunch rush and ordered a few things. They were SUPER busy. When I got home I was missing one of my meals and my wings were cold. I called and the manager Amanda answered and I told her the situation and she apologized for what had happened. I told her what I had ordered so she could look up my order and found that the meal I was talking about didn’t even go through. She said it’s alright and still offered me 2 free meal coupons! She didn’t have to do that which I thought was really nice :)

Tbh I usually don't like Arby's but I tried there chicken ranch sandwich.. it was delicious! I love that Arby's menu has more of a variety now. Recommend this place :)
