Never took our order and so we pulled up and tried to order because we thought the speaker was broken and she said to go around and order??

As before, the sandwiches here are good, and the staff friendly, but their shake machine was STILL not working after nearly a month. This is not good for business. I am fairly certain, however, that the problem is the staff but with parts distribution or something similar.

I came in being a little rude to a lady, when I had red ranch on my Arby's sandwich, I had worked at Arby's before and never had 0ut that on there. She handled it professionally and our whole order was correct which is rare for fast food these days. Thanks guys!
