Who even runs this place? Came here tonight and there were no straws, no napkins, no sauce, and no receipt paper. I get there are supply chain shortages but literally went to an arby’s last week with none of the above problems. Sounds like this place needs new management.

Crispy Chicken sandwich was cold, and now i feel sick. Someone working there needs a food handlers refresher course...because if I get food poisoning I'm coming for them.

I swore I wouldn't go to this Arby's again. The service is getting bad. We ordered a French dip sandwich combo and a chicken finger combo. Pulled up to the window, got our drinks and waited for the food. The young man(boy) that was probably a teenager was not very nice. He handed us the food and said that "that's everything "and we pulled up just a little bit to check our food. Good thing we did, we was missing the au juice for the French dip. Had to go back thru the drive thru and let them know we was missing that. As we got to the window the young boy was very rude and said that he was going to hand us the au juice but we drove off. He was very wrong. We never got it. I think they need to have better customer service. Why can't Arby's open the lobby again. I would have given them a half star but there is not an option for that.
