The brisket! The brisket! The brisket! Need I say more? After deciding not to go to the burger place a few doors down because of a very rude, nasty, and inappropriate comment the owner made to a reviewer on their Yelp page, we decided to head to Archers BBQ. We were greeted by the nicest guy, Tyler, who recommended we try the beef brisket, which, by the way, is only served on Fridays and Saturdays. We ordered two large sandwiches and a separate order of their specialty Mac n cheese with bacon. We loved everything! The brisket was so flavorful and tender! The pasta in the Mac n cheese was cooked perfectly and the cheese sauce was rich and flavorful! After coming from California to Tennessee this past July, we have now found our new go-to...
