1st.time here and was good ..I always go to elmwood park as.i live there and love the staff .Michelle is the best and the cooks ..so delicious

Great pizza feeds you for days

I've always loved Armand's Pizzeria. They have great food. So when it came time to book my sons 1st birthday party, I thought Armand's would be a great choice. WRONG!!!!!! Worst decision ever! The staff does not know how to manage a party or manage period. I spoke to 3 different people and all 3 gave me different versions of what was to be included in my party package. The day of the party, they had one waitress- Michelle - manage the entire party of 30 plus people. She was very disorganized, rude at times and you could tell she was not meant to wait on big crowds. One of our appetizers was calamari, which came out and was completely cooked too long. It was rubbery tasting. When we told the waitress, her explanation was that that's how the fryer made it. NO! Your cook cooked it too long! We were also told that each table of guest could order up to 3 pizzas before getting charged. However, when they were served, and one table asked for another pizza, Michelle told them "I'm not sure I can serve you another one!". My husband and I could barely get a drink because the waitress was always missing in action. At one point I had my mother and mother in law clearing dishes off the table. The staff and management at this place have no idea what they are doing and are completely rude. I will never go back and they ruined my sons party.
