Had a late-lunch/early-dinner at Asadero Ballard yesterday. The restaurant is a meat lover's delight! And while I feel like I could (should) write an ode to the meal we enjoyed, I'm going to spare you the theatrics and just tell you that I have realized that there is steak, and then there is 'Steak'.
