I ordered a breakfast burrito.   Very simple.   They literally made it wrong 3 times.   Absolutely amazing.

Disgusting customer service!  The employees could use extensive customer service skills. It is like they didn't want to be there. No smiles, probably because they know they're the only restaurant there. Ordering and retrieving my order was unorganized. Order's are left to be picked up at the same counter where you order, creating confusion having to cut in front of the line of those ordering. The tables are not often cleaned and/or cleared of previous customers, so be prepared to clean/clear your own table and there are no free refills with soft drinks. The food is ok, prices are what you would expect at an airport restaurant. This restaurant would be great if they would change the staff there! Disgusting customer service!

I've never had such terrible service. I ordered a sandwich and fries. They overcharged me for the fries, which are supposed to be a $2.00 add on, not the 3.95 they charged me. When I asked for a refund, he offered me $1. When I pointed out it was actually about a $2 difference. He gave me that amount. Later, When my order came, it didn't come with fries. When I asked for the fries, the cashier responded that I was already given a refund for the fries. When I pointed out that I paid $2 for fries. He shook his head and tried to ignore me. Eventually, I told him I just wanted my money back. So, he pulled $2 from the tip jar. These are 2 of the most inept employees I have ever seen.
