This was the first time I ordered from @Mala and as a person who dines is China Town often I am always looking for places closer in that can compare well to the outstanding food there. @Mala is certainly closer to this than most. The noodles were very good and the beef was not rubbery. The shrimp dumplings were very good as well the Szechuan Chicken and it left me wanting to try more things on the menu. The service was good and friendly and it's obvious they aim to please. Only negative was the heat level. Big fan of Spicy Hunan and Spicy Szechuan and liberal use of hot chili peppers and Green peppers and while the chicken had chili peppers and we had chili oil, it just wasn't hot. Tell me the magic words to say when I order to assure I get the real hot peppers (green and read) when there is a red pepper to denote spicy hot dish and you will lock me in for sure. Thanks
