Most amazing pretzel nuggets and great customer service!!! I should have got the gentlemans name, but my receipt has Brandon!!!

I don't understand why they serve pretzels which are so hard...& not hot either!! JD J is the name on the receipt & its the worst pretzel..looks like the pretzel was made hours ago & shouldn't be serving us..if u don't have business, not my pbml..atleast u should prepare fresh ones or let us know :-( :-(
