Pretzels were good, but as others have mentioned the lady making food was rude. The line was to the door, so as my family was trying to squeeze inside she yelled across the store about us letting bugs in. It's an outdoor mall, so I'm not sure what she expects.

This is a horrible place to get snack. Zero customer service as it seems their staff is not experienced or knows how to talk to customers. I was there today with my family and asked for 2 pieces of almond pretzels and my son asked for the strawberry lemonade. There is this short lady there today with ring nose, the upper Management of this snack place should review her...
