We have gone 3 times in the last 6 months and each time the service gets worse. Today we waited 25 min to have pretzel bites just to be told there is no cheese. When she knew there was no cheese. We didn't take the food. The guy cooking burnt the whole batch before that. All the machines for drinks are broke. They use to be the best place to go for pretzels now they are not. Please hire a new crew and get it back together. My family and I would love to be able to eat there again. Not to mention they were very rude to us when we asked for a refund because we didn't want plain pretzel bites with no cheese.

The staff at the Anchorage 5th Avenue location are extremely rude, Jeremiah and Angel in particular. Due to the way these two talked to me I will not go back to Auntie Anne's pretzels. When attempting to voice my questions and complaints I was ignored by the "manager" while the employee told me I was wrong. This is no way to treat a regular customer. I asked for a receipt, she then rolled her eyes at me and yelled for the manager to come back to the front so the receipt could be reprin...
