Whenever I go to the mall I always get a pretzel from Auntie Anne's for the drive home but on this day there was a not so long line (3 people ahead of me) which moved extremely slow, the young man at the register messed up my order, once he fixed it he did not reimburse my change, and my whole experience was spoiled!
