Ordered food at 4:52pm didn't receive food until 5:30pm. When asked why it took so long the response was I don't even know. Poorly managed. This store needs corporate to visit and train them on how an Auntie Anne's should be run.

I went there and asked if I could have the pretzel bites sitting in the window he said No that they were displays . So I asked him how long would it take for my son to get anything . He said they didn’t have anything ready and those sitting in the glass we’re just displays so I asked him how long will it take he told me around eight minutes so I bought a drink and I said I’ll be back in eight minutes to get my son a pretzel we were inside Walmart for about 20 minutes and I got back and they said they still didn’t have nothing ready I will never go back to that location. I never had that problem at aunt Anne’s where they dont have nothing ready !
