So I went in to try again and the Assistant Manager was working and she says that they don't have the electronic scanner to redeem my gift card. Okay fine then I'm just going to pay for pretzles since I've been craving it. She seemed to be little annoyed with me but isn't it reasonable since Im just trying to spend my gift card? I was going to order 4 two for me and two for my fiance but the assistant manager mentioned a special they had going on where it's guy 5 pretzles and get 3 free. So I was excited about that! Until I got home and saw she only gave us a total of 6 pretzles... What about the deal 3 free? So dissatisfied.

Brian is an amazing Manager representing the Auntie Anne brand. We had an issue with our order and he was attentive and efficient in bringing resolution to get us what we ordered. The store and kiosk are clean and well maintained with safety measures being enforced. Thank you and our family will continue to choose Auntie Anne's over Wetzels

Absolutely hate tmobile and now auntie anne's. Tried to redeem a tmobile promo but the in app purchase wouldnt work. The employee wouldnt honor it as well. They both suck.
