Ordered an ice cream cone, ice cream was ok but the cone was extremely stale like cardboard. Staff was not very friendly.

Normally, I don't rate fast food restaurants on here. The one time I break that rule is when the staff is not up to par. It's a fast food place, I get it, it's not going to be the same kind of service you might get in a nicer restaurant. But this place was bad! Both the young person who took our order and the the person at window were incredibly, rude and impatient. During the ordering, after every item I would order, they would snappily and rudely ask, "Is that all?" before I could even finish ordering what I wanted. There were a few items I ended up not ordering to avoid having to hear them respond to me so rudely. The person at window nearly spilled my drink on me and practically threw our food through the window. Terrible service! Teach your employees to be respectful or find new ones, this kind of service is not acceptable! Horrible!
