They REALLY need to get it together. When I went in, the register locked up on one of the employees during my order and nobody knew what to do. It wasn’t long before the line started forming and all of the employees started panicking and screaming at each other. Seems like they need more people and also better training.

Waited 21 minutes on food that never arrived. Floors were very dirty. Manager was rude to customers and employees. Customers kept having to come in from the drive thru to get their orders corrected. 1 star only for getting my money back. Also no actual draft root beer that I have had from previous a&w restaurants was told from the fountain drink machine. Which tasted horrible. No ice cream for a float. Worst experience ever. Will never go here again.
