Firstly, if you think that the prices are a bit high for udon, then you haven't seen the size of these bowls! The attention to detail and quality on all the dishes are amazing. When you get there it is a first come first serve. There is limited space inside of the space so either get there early or at an off time or prepare to wait/ do take out. The menu is on the wall or you can check out their website. They have self serve hot tea or water for your convenience as you wait for your food. The large bowls of udon ranges from $19- $26. But I'd say they're pretty shareable. They also have lunch specials which are between $12-$15. And more recently they've implemented takeout specials too. Mostly rice bowls ranging from $10 and up. Once you get your number and seat, a warm steaming small pot of Chawanmushi, a savory steamed egg custard. A fantastic silky eggy custard to wake up the stomach for the main meal. No matter what bowl you get, it will come with a small sampling of cooked veggie, some ginger and an azuki (red bean) jelly. So far I've tried: Beef Curry $22 Tomato Niku Tama $24 Tori Isobe $14 - lunch special All of them come in an enormous bowl...

A bit pricey for a bowl of udon but it is a tasty 3 course meal with steamed egg as appetizer, a large delicious bowl of udon and red bean dessert. I ordered beef udon and I love the handmade udon in clean broth. Definitely worthy coming back

If you want high-quality, authentic ramen, Azuki is the place to go! I came here twice during the one week I spent in Seattle! All the staff are super friendly and welcoming! I was able to try three different udon dishes! 1) The Signature Beef Udon is good comfort food. There's a subtle umami flavor in the broth that makes it unique. The handmade udon noodles are long, firm and delicious! 2) The Tonjiru Udon (pork and veggies) is also good comfort food. There's a nice balance of meat and veggies in a miso broth. There were tiny chunks of konyyaku that were so flavorful! 3)The Butabara Tsukemen (summer special) is probably my favorite! Because the sauce and the noodles are different, you can really taste the texture of the handmade noodles! The dipping sauce is am...
