Let's get things straight... There are fancier sushi restaurants in Seattle and ones that use sustainable fish on their menu. That being said, Azuma Sushi is a great casual, neighborhood sushi restaurant. Their menu is pretty broad. They have a large selection of classic and unique rolls, as well as other dishes like sashimi, Udon, and Yaki soba. My favorite roll is the spicy crunchy California roll. For a drink, you can order saki or beer as well as Ramune (Japanese marble soda). The service is prompt and they are always happy to see us. Come and enjoy a family sushi dinner at Azuma!
