Always a fun time here. Great selection of quality spirits and craft beers for most people's tastes. The staff is always friendly, engaging and professional. Have yet to play billiards, but guessing you have to show up earlier than I typically am able. Have your ID out when you get here to make the doorman's life easier.

To the general public at large (frequent flying friends of the Downtown Ann Arbor nightlife) as well as the respected owners of this establishment, BABS' UNDERGROUND is genuinely, hands down, bar-none (pardon the pun) the best Underground Nightclub / Pub / Bar / Club located in the heart of Downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan. Best Drinks (never watered down, nor loaded with ice cubes). Excellent space for billiards, (if you're lucky enough to snag a open table), with ample space for their wide selection of mint condition house cues, & efficient tabletop area to set the aforementioned delicious & never diluted drinks. Stunning charm of decor, wooden fixtures, architecture, ambiance, & a variety of seating areas, (booths, tables, & barstools), accented with varying mood lighting, ranging from dim to daylight for adequate visibility to dance or chat or hustle a game of 8-ball.
