Staff is almost never available, went there multiple times with no one available at the counter to take my order. Bubble tea itself is awesome, they just need to add more staff or have someone cover the breaks.Edit: at a minimum they should post exactly when the staff will be back, rather than just saying "we'll be back soon" so that customers know whether to wait 2min or 20min. Both times this past week it was 15min or more.

Tried the Hainan chicken rice. So good that I ended up ordering a second box after the first one. Details:+ Chicken: super tender and flavorful. Even the chicken breast part didn’t taste dry as I would have expected. Definitely beats a lot of more popular Bay Area hainan chicken rice.+ Portion. For $12 the portion was quite decent.- Rice was slightly too salty.~ It was interesting that you will get very different parts of chicken for each box… The first box I got a leg and a wing. But the second box contains none of that but mostly chicken breasts… Both were good though.

Inedible.... Pretty upsetting. I got the hainan chicken I mean it's supposed to melt in your mouth it was just chewy and hard just not what I expected. The chicken rice wasn't good either it tasted like starch I rather take the drive to chicken meets rice Fremont... Oh also got the beef stew and it was all fat no actual beef. Even the milk tea was just not it. Oh man pretty disappointed.
