Bad Bishop in Seattle

Nice intimate spot for good food, drinks and service. The Chai daiquiri is my new favorite! Thanks for a fun night.

Look no further if you're craving burger and fries. Needed to get a late dinner at 10pm on a weeknight and this place's kitchen closed at 11pm. SO glad we came here for dinner. The menu selection is limited but absolutely delicious. We got the burgers and fries and savored every bite. The burger buns were toasted to perfection (from the local bakery Franz). Love it when local businesses support local businesses! The fries were perfectly seasoned and fried to perfection. I think the burger/fries sauce was made in house and had a nice kick to it. I will definitely have to come back for the burger and fries again! Plus, we really liked our bartender, Jesse! He was incredibly easy to talk to and gave us a lot of helpful tips to tour the area. If I were a local, I'd be a regular here.

I had two hours to kill before a dinner reservation and saw that Bad Bishop was only a block or so away. I decided to stop in for a quick snack and couple drinks. I was promptly greeted by Jesse who I learned was the owner. He was super friendly and welcoming to me and all of the guests. Unfortunately, Seattle still isn't allowing bar seating which was disappointing,  but I grabbed a cute little table along the wall. I had two of their IPA beers. Both were delicious. The beer and drink selection wasn't huge but definitely has something for everyone! I was happy with it. I ordered the olives and the shoe string fries. Both were delicious and I probably ate too much before dinner. Oh well, it was worth it! The sauce that comes with the fries was delicious and the seasoning was perfect. The olives contain pits but they give you a small container for them. Overall,  I really enjoyed this stop. The bar had great decor and music. The bathroom was super clean and the employees were quick and friendly. I highly recommend a visit!
