Baja Fish Tacos is my go to spot for years. Food is excellent, fresh, generous portions, with amazing condiments like pico, salsa and spicy onions, at a great price, good clean locations and efficient service. I frequent them every week, Santa Ana being the best in terms of service and cleanliness, and overall all the Baja's have a good crew and cleanliness. Except for this location in Crown Valley. Time and again I have seen service here deteriorate, especially during Covid where no one os bussing tables especially ones outside for hours. Today I was in there, asked the manager who was behind the counter if I could get a busser. I waited 15 minutes outside and our food came but the table was never bussed. 3 tables were dirty outside while the crew insid...
