My favorite location so far. The food is always good, the orders are always accurately prepared, and the staff are friendly.

I am so mixed about this as the food is so good. It is hard for me to justify spending around 20 or more for fast food for 1. But it is sooo good. So 4 stars out of 5. I get enchilada style w extra cheese and sauce and a drink.

Three MEAT CHUNKS in my VEGETARIAN quesadilla -------- I am very frustrated and disappointed by this mistake in my order. I am vegetarian, and this is just unacceptable. I had to manually dig out each and every disgusting meat chunk out of my quesadilla. Thankfully it was just three pieces, but they were spread between two slices. My mom had ordered an item with Impossible meat, and she confirmed this wasn't what she had. My dad, who eats meat, confirmed that it was REAL MEAT--in my vegetarian quesadilla! And that sucks, because I really like Baja Fresh. And I get that this was a mistake. But honestly, it's just straight up concerning when an item marked VEGETARIAN in capital letters actually has MEAT. I am thankful it was just three pieces, but the quantity doesn't matter. I am vegetarian, and I paid for a vegetarian meal. I still ate it after I pulled the meat out. I live too far away to go right back, but I also wish I could, because I hate the thought that meat grease is inside of my quesadilla. But this whole thing just made me so frustrated and sad.
