I will never order from here again. Crazy part is I wouldn't have known anything if it wasn't for my great door dasher. My door dasher called me and told me that it was up to me but I should consider canceling the order . He witness the girl that was preparing the food , picking her nose while doing so and he didn't feel right delivering food after what he saw. my door dasher even called her out and that made her irritated. This is very sad that things like this are happening

This place used to be great. But they’ve gone downhill. Today I ordered a burrito and some guacamole. It was like $20. The grande burrito is big and when my husband asked the cook if he could cut the burrito in half…he said…”I don’t think we can “. You’re joking, right????? This is just laziness!!! Please do better!

Funny that a Covid reminder popped up before review. "It said remember that many businesses are doing their best" Well sorry to say not this business. They have no regard for customer service. Not only their staff, but even the manager who should do better, did not. After placing an order, I realized I had made a mistake in location. When I called to attempt to resolve, they basically said: "sorry charlie." We will not help you... This simple mistake has lost my business, as their customer service is hateful and rude. They made no attempt to rectify in anyway. The gal who took the order, was so disrespectful. Yes during covid, business owners should be mindful to be helpful and kind, not snarky and rude. So long Baja Taco Apple Valley
