I've been coming to this place for several years but upon recent visits have experienced extremely slow service, cold and undercooked food, and fries that had been under a heat lamps so long they had quite literally turned to chips, (my guess about 3 hours or so as a waitress who has seen 3 hour old fries.) I miss the Old Baker Street! I hope this place turns back into the warm fun place it used to be again. I'll miss it for sure.

Don't stand right in front of the TV, or else y'all will have hell to pay. On New Year's Eve I found out that apparently they have gotten numerous complaints from people being made uncomfortable by others standing in front of the TV. This is not the place for social complacency.
