The Junction (breakfast sandwich croissant) and Twice Baked Almond Croissant is divine!!! Would have taken pictures but couldn’t help but devoured it sooo quick! By far the best bakery I have EVER had!

Yummy food but call or go online 48 hours ahead for any special request...like no mustard on your sandwich.

Can we talk about their croissants? Flaky, airy, and well layered. I'm not a big fan of all the other fancy pastries and over-priced sandwiches, but Bakery Nouveau knows how to make croissants. If croissants are your thing, this place is worth a detour for sure. The location is actually pretty convenient too.p.s. I'm not a fan of their Capitol Hill location, this original location is much better in both food and service.
