The food tasted good but I'm really confused as to why there was a completely unwrapped fortune cookie just sitting in my takeout bag on top of the items I ordered. Seems unsanitary during a pandemic, or really anytime.

This food is great! I especially love the Mongolian Beef. High quality ingredients and made fresh. Friendly staff -one of the few places I get take out. I usually make my own food because I am so picky about quality - but Ballard Mandarin Chinese Restaurant has been repeatedly worth the trip!!
