Convenient Place We thought it would be convenient, since we were staying at The Westin. Man, was it so much more!!! Actually, had two meals there and everything we ordered was delicious.

Cafe wasn't crowded at 5:45 before the Kenny Chesney concert. Took 15 minutes to get a menu. Wait staff was everywhere but no one would wait on our table. Ordered 2 burgers and chicken strips. Got our drinks but nothing else. After 45 minutes we threatened to walk out and magically the food arrived "cold". Had to get silverware, napkins, lemons for the ice tea myself. Our waitress was rude and service was non existent. Great location, worst burger place in Houston.
