The best thing I can say about this restaurant is that the food ebible.My girlfriend and I have visited bamboo twice and on both occasions the food was mediocre at best. The first time we went there we order sushi and Tom Yum soup. The sushi was 90% rice and the Tom Yum soup was flavorless with uncooked vegetables. The second time we ordered it was curry chicken which had no flavor and no spice, Pad Thai with mushy noodles and no flavor, and wonton soup where the wontons were already falling apart in the soup. If you want good Asian fusion food in the Leigh Valley my recommendation would be to Sumo’s Sushi

Recently, the recipient changed and you can taste the difference - everything tastes less flavorful. They're always fast, though - I just wish they'd stuck to the old recipies.
