Avoid this place. I got the lemongrass tofu bowl and had to throw it out because the tofu tasted was like rubber--totally disgusting and inedible--and had WAY too much fish sauce. I can't believe I wasted $20 here

While I understand businesses are trying to adapt with COVID restrictions, Bambuza has a policy that you may only sit in the dining room with the purchase of alcohol, which I was only informed of after including gratuity on a $20+ bill. Poor customer service. If I wanted to sit just anywhere in the airport, I would have just gotten a sandwich for dinner from a cafe instead of the fatty pork they served in their bowl, which a small box, half of which was salad.
Toughest pot stickers I’ve ever eaten and cook was running his hands through his hair. Manager was working circles around other employees. He was fast, friendly and kept things moving. Lady working the bar was excellent.
