I would give a 5 on food but every time I place an order online and go to pick up my food, it's wild. They'll lose my order, while still charging me, and then I have to wait another 30 minutes at the store. Great food but they really have to improve on their ordering system.

Got 3 soups and all were tasty, particularly the wonton soup. Pork and chive dumplings were good with the sauce. Usually when I get bao buns they have a tasty sauce/dressing on them but these didn't have it.Also got the tonkotsu ramen. Now, I'm used to going to ramen places and I knew this wasn't going to be outstanding in comparison (my fault)... but the broth barely had any flavor at all and it looks like just a ton of spaghetti noodles. Wouldn't recommend if you're a broth person. The charsiu and egg in it were tasty though!

Ordered take out via phone. Staff is hardworking and polite. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious so this level of food preparation is worth the wait. My guests stated a big thank you to me for selecting Ban Ban Asian Bistro for this evening Take out. Would definitely order again.
