Nice place! I had the bang bang plate and the spicy sauce. It was tasty. The pickle they provided tasted totally different and tasty, I asked for more. I would go back again.

I had the hamburger and it was awesome! Not what I expected. This was a blended beefsteak with light panko topped with a tasty slaw and sauce. Reminded me of country fried steak but lighter and less dense and not chewy at all. Calling it a hamburger is a disservice. We also had the fried mac n cheese bites and the chicken katsu. Everything was very tasty! I definitely recommend this place.

Bang Bang Katsu House is currently in soft opening (as of April 27, 2021), so they only have the pork katsu plate and chicken katsu plate - along with a variety of sides. (I asked when they would open to full menu and they said a week or two.)I opted for the Pork Katsu plate (aka #1. Bang Bang Katsu). The katsu was very fresh - perfect light crispiness outside, seasoned well. Came with a sauce that is kind of honey mustard related? Not exactly sure, but complements katsu well. Also came with rice, some fresh cabbage with dressing, Korean style dumpling mandu (has japchae sweet potato noodles inside, with some meat and veggies), and a very spicy pickled onion (seems like they probably added jalapeno or a similar pepper in the pickling liquid).I'll definitely be back when they start serving the full menu!
