Barcuterie is primarily a bar and charcuterie board restaurant. They have 5 types of cheeses and meats that you can mix and match to create a charcuterie board - for mine, I did a double helping if prosciutto and aged gruyere. The prosciutto was good - not great but still very good - and the cheese had a strong sharp flavor. I wanted the bread to taste a little better. For the money, I felt like I wanted a little more on the board (maybe some more pickles or some crackers?). But then again, airport prices. Service was good and bartender was very relaxed and patient. Power plugs EVERYWHERE under the counter (stock your head under.... you'll find them). Seats are smushed in a little close. From the POV of the bar, be prepared to pay 14+ for liquor. Their signature cocktails are cheaper, but it is an especially expensive airport bar. It's airport prices, so expect to feel generally ripped off (on drinks especially). I felt very meh about the whole experience, so I'm not itching to return.
