TERRIBLE SERVICE.My fiancé and I along with our 2 year old came here for lunch and it was by far the worst experience. Waited 10 mins just for someone to take our order, our server comes to our table and we order the kids grill cheese with CHEDDAR & Swiss NO American. what happens? Brings out food with American and we told them about our mistake order which was okay but the fact they messed up our order again.After we received our messed up food we didn’t bother asking for it to be fixed. Our original server didn’t care and never came back to our table, we asked for the check and left. Now I’m reminded why I don’t come here.

There are several Barnaby's Cafes near this one--the others are MUCH BETTER. For better food and service, go down the road to the one on West Gray--almost an easy walk from this one. If this were the only Barnaby's in Houston, I would never go to Barnaby's. And I can easily walk to this one--but I have given up on it. Have been a number of times over the last few months. Don't know what it is--management? Don't know but the service is unfriendly and barely there and the food is very mediocre. Definitely needs improvement--maybe send some folks from the other Barnaby's to show this one how its done to get customers to come back and give better reviews.
