Steve catered a Troop 68 meal about 5 years ago, I still have the picture of that food, and post it on my Facebook in memorial of most single best memories I have of when my son was in boy scouts!

Best BBQ Brisket. You cannot go wrong with Steve. I took a 15 pound whole uncut brisket to Ohio for Easter dinner. Steve packs it for air travel for your carry on. No problems ever getting through security. Fed 21 people. NO LEFTOVERS. I need a 20 pounder for October!!! Thanks Steve. The new smoker did a great job.
