Absolutely awful experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. The food is always cold, the service is horrendous, even the take-out is terrible. I ordered through ubereats most recently and they forgot an entire meal. The fries were soggy. There was no bacon on the burger and the burger was over cooked. When I called, the girl I spoke with was rude and basically said it wasn’t her problem. Ubereats driver explained that they aren’t allowed to check the bags anymore and just have to trust that the restaurant puts everything in the bag. We will not be returning to this location.

I love the Basement Sports Bar & Grill. Voted #1 sports bar in N.E. Ohio so I guess they're doing something right. Best bar food in town... Period !!!
