Usually this is my favorite Baskin-Robbins location with great service until tonight. Got there at 8:40 p.m. the lights were off the doors were locked the online and the door says they close at 10pm. We saw some people inside and waved at them & they said through the door they close at 9pm it was 8:40 p.m. We left.
Pretty lil thing
I used to order ice cream cakes at least once per year at this location, but not anymore. I used to have a good experience until I was serviced by a woman who works the day shift. I think her name is Shirley. However, she's rude and talked down to me like I was a burden to her. For instance, I visited the store to see if the cake happened to be made early since the store was only 5 min. away from my house. The woman gave me an attitude for even asking such a thing. The second time I encountered the woman was when I almost went insane. I ordered an ice cream cake online a few days before my birthday and was waiting after the prep time to make sure the cake was ready before I got there. The customer service was great, very friendly and it's clean. I honestly have visited different locations but this is my favorite, their ice cream cakes also have decorations for little kids vs just the plain Ice cream cakes you regularly see.
