The people there are great and the quality is still wonderful, however the ice cream selection is not what it used to be. It is also really clean and well taken care of. The cake selection is awesome too!

Just left this location. I called this morning & verified store open, which I thought was an independent Baskin-Robbins but it's not. It's a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin-Robbins store. I drove nearly 20 minutes out of my way to arrive & was informed I could not purchase waffle cones by Ali M., who identified himself as the General Manager. One, because the drive-thru line for Dunkin Donuts was extremely backed-up & all the employees present, which there are more than several were focused on Dunkin Donut customers. The one & only employee who could make the waffle cones called off. So now I must further inconvenience myself because the store is apparently is not cross-training their employees. Not good customer service.
