Baskin-Robbins in Aliso Viejo

My husband saw him scooped his flavor and dropped on the counter of ice cream and he grabbed it and put it in his cup , he came out and threw it in to the trash can outside. How could he grab with his hand and put it back in his cup. This is the Saturday night before closing the shop on 30 th of October

This is the worse experience I've ever had when ordering a cake for my daughter. I pre-ordered a cake online for my daughter's birthday. It was a photo cake. I sent my husband to pick up the order as I was away with my daughter having a mommy and me date. He only knew he was supposed to pick up a cake, but didn't know what cake.  My husband relays to me later that when he arrived at the store, they did not have an order under my name. So they asked if there were any other names that it could possibly be under. He listed his name and my daughter's name.  They came out with a cake and handed it to him. He brings it home and places it in the freezer. I come home and to my dismay it was NOT the cake I ordered. Instead of receiving the photo cake in which I paid extra for to include the photo, they handed my husband a cookie cake that isn't even the flavor of ice cream that we eat. Also we were wanting chocolate cake not a cookie. I call the store and the person on the phone has to speak with his supervisor as they can't locate the cake. He then says the supervisor says he can only give us a refund once we bring the cake back. They would not offer anything else other than they can make our cake tomorrow. Um my daughter's birthday is today and we were minutes away from singing happy birthday ! Their solution to the problem to me for one is ridiculous as they didn't even make my ordered cake and gave me someone else's cake. This Baskin Robbins is the worst!!! I understand that it is mostly young adults that work here, but there is an individual named Abdullah that is completely useless and a horrible worker and his customer service is beyond very poor. The first time Abdullah served me ice cream, I asked for a sundae and he did not put whipped cream, nuts, or a cherry on it and I had to hand the ice cream back to him and ask for those things to be added. The second time was even worse, and, once again, it was Abdullah serving me. I asked for caramel on my sundae and he told me that they didn't have any caramel. This is equivalent to a pizza place running out of cheese--it is unbelievable. I can't imagine that they ran out of caramel topping; however, I can imagine that Abdullah was too lazy to refill it. While I was calling my wife to see if a substitution was okay, Abdullah proceeded to clean the countertops and the topping containers with a wet dirty rag. After I got off the phone with my wife, he went to finish preparing my sundae and did not wash his hands before touching my food.
