Long time customer at this location never had an issue until today (November 1, 2021 3:40pm). I order my favorite ice cream (banana royal) as usual and what I was served was not worth the $7.00 the scoops were smaller than kids scoop's. Who ever is hiring at this location needs to do a better job selecting knowledgeable candidates that can differentiate between kids size scoops and a cup with sliced bananas and two table spoon worth of ice cream.(Don't have pictures because is in the TRASHCAN).

I occasionally stop by this Baskin-Robbins when my children and I are craving ice cream. Although I've never had a bad experience at this location, this review is based on a cake order I placed in July for my daughter's first birthday. I went in the day before the party to pick a cake. I was told I'd get a call later that day to verify if they had the items to make the cake I chose (cake designer, Christine, wasn't in yet when I went.) Well they did end up having the items and because Christine was informed I really needed the cake, she had it done within a few hours! I was soo...
