Picked up a custom ice cream cake for a birthday. The cake decorations were the wrong color. The cake was the wrong shape and the writing was not legible.

This was my first and last time ordering a cake from them. I ordered a unicorn cake for my daughter's birthday. When I picked up the cake and decided to open the box to check the cake, it had somebody else's name written on the cake and the writing was horrible. The sides were all scrapped. Baskin-Robbins staff, please make sure you guys match the receipt with the cake, before putting them in the box. Almost $50.00 cake and this is what I get.
