Baskin-Robbins in Houston

I have never written such a poor review for any place i've been to. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Me and my partner have gone there individually and together to always get the same thing. A quart of icing on the cake. Unfortunately, it's not pre-packaged so they have to pack it for us, but its our favorite ice cream. Regardless, The first time we went there, I ordered a quart and one of the girls looked me at me shocked saying "A QUART?"... she then scoffed and continued to pack the quart. We looked at each other in confusion because the service was already so rocky. We gave the situation the benefit of the doubt, we understand people have bad days, and that's completely okay! Now after 5 visits, the same rude disrespectful attitude has happened so many times to the point i dont want to go there again because they act like i did something so wrong by ordering something. Tonight was my last straw, me and my partner tried again to go and order a quart of icing on the cake. There were two employees, one looked new and the other one i have seen her before and she has treated us rudely. This time was no different, we walked in she said "hi welcome in" and then proceeded to turn her back and not talk to us whatsoever and ignore us. that's okay.. maybe the other guy is logged on the cashier till? nope. he proceeded to stare at us and do ANYTHING possible to not talk to us. we waited in dead silence for 5 minutes while they said nothing and ignored us.. we ended up leaving without a word after my part...

fast and delicious like always

Honestly I love Baskin-Robbins, and the workers were very nice and helpful, but someone definitely had them serving old, freezer burnt, ice cream that was disgusting. We ended just trashing it and getting dessert some where else.
