First Time that I tried the Milkshake and it was very Tasty and Delicious!!

If i could give this a NEGATIVE score i would. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE with the rudest MANAGEMENT/OWNER. I'm highly disappointed as I'm a loyal and long time Baskin Robbins customer. I was excited to see that this location was so close to my home and I'm a regular in there. I decided to come in and purchase a cake for a friends birthday. I gave them specifics and even paid in advance. I received a call a day before the cake was suppose to be made to go over details with cake decorator which i spoke to and even suggested that i come by just so we make sure everything is perfect. She says no it's okay I know what you want. I come and pick up my cake and it is horrendous. Nothing like the o line pictures as advertised nor were my directions followed. It was so bad to the point that both employees who have helped me before since I'm regular busted out laughing because it was so ugly. If you've ever heard that time what you order vs what you get that's exactly what happened. I was mortified i was headed to a surprise party where i was responsible for the cake. The two employees were so kind trying to figure out a solution and to contact the manager and no answer from anyone. I waited 30 mins waiting for a call back before i was pressed for time. Had to leave with the UGLY cake because once again i paid for it already. Still no answer back and i show up to the facility next day to speak to manager who wasn't there so we had a phone conversation. He was rude and honestly i don't even know how he's running a business. I asked for a resolution because i didn't want to keep returning to the store. He said no worries you won't have to come back. He then proceeded to make me bring the cake back for proof...
